What we collect
When you use the Skilly website, we collect only what you give us directly:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
- Booking a consult: your name, email, the track/plan you're interested in, and any preferred time or notes you add.
- Placement test: your name, email, and your answers/results, so we can suggest the right starting point for your first session.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
We don't use tracking cookies to profile you, and we don't collect payment card details directly — if you pay online, that goes through our payment provider (Payoneer), not through this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or booking request, and arrange a session.
- To understand your current level from a placement test, so your first session is useful rather than generic.
- To send occasional updates if you've subscribed to our newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it's stored
Form submissions, bookings, and placement test results are stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Access is restricted to Skilly's team.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us using the address below.
Children's privacy
Skilly's tutoring is often arranged by a parent or guardian on behalf of a student. If you're a parent providing your child's details for a booking, that's expected — we only ask for what's needed to arrange sessions.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
